Shipping Rates

Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location. Orders to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the email link or through your carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

International Shipping (Canada & UK)

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom at flat rates — no surprises at checkout.

Please note:

• Canada: $13.99 flat rate, 6–10 business days
• United Kingdom: $10.99 flat rate, 5–8 business days
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility
• Tracking is provided for all international shipments

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) are not currently available. All domestic orders ship via standard ground delivery (3–5 business days).

Returns & Refunds
