SHIPPING RATES United States: • Orders $59+: FREE shipping • Orders under $59: $5.95 flat rate • Delivery: 3–5 business days Canada: • $13.99 flat rate • Delivery: 6–10 business days United Kingdom: • $10.99 flat rate • Delivery: 5–8 business days Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location. Orders to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the email link or through your carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA & UK) We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom at flat rates — no surprises at checkout. • Canada: $13.99 flat rate, 6–10 business days • United Kingdom: $10.99 flat rate, 5–8 business days • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility • Tracking is provided for all international shipments EXPEDITED SHIPPING Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) are not currently available. All domestic orders ship via standard ground delivery (3–5 business days). DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund. RETURNS & REFUNDS We offer hassle-free 30-day returns on all items. • 30-day return window from ship date • Items can be lightly tested (sprayed 1–3 times) • $6.95 return shipping label fee deducted from refund • Original shipping cost is non-refundable • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
